Reading about B12 on this forum I came to realise that here in UK what is construed as a normal B12 level in other countries is thought to be a deficiency. When I was diagnosed my levels were just hovering around the low end of normal. Low levels of this will not do your anxiety any good. Yes, I agree, B12 levels are so important. We gave the machine away because it was useless without the bag of mixes. I believe the company was based in Kansas. The machine and the mixes were very expensive but I thought it was worth it. There were never any holes in the slices. Then it baked the mix to a delicious smelling loaf of bread. The machine mixed the ingredients, kneaded it and poured in a pan. All that was needed was to add eggs and water. The label was scanned by the machine and then the bag was placed on the machine. When I emailed a second time about the air in the hamburger buns, I received aīox of white bread, seven grain bread and the hamburger buns.
